Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a treatment focused on releasing tension and restrictions within the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using slow, deep strokes combined with guided breathing, this massage helps to relieve chronic tension, knots, stiffness, and improve overall mobility.

Post Natal Massage
The perfect treat for any new Mum from birth to 1 year post partum. This is a relaxing treatment in either a side lying, face down or seated position dependant on your preference for comfort.
A post natal massage will:
Help to ease tense muscles post birth, from holding your baby, or breastfeeding
Aid in relaxation and help promote better sleep and general wellbeing
Can aid in prolactin hormone production for breastfeeding Mums
Increase blood circulation - helping to ease post birth swelling & speed up healing

Pregnancy Massage
The ideal treatment for any Mum-to-be from 12 weeks; this is a relaxing treatment in a specialised position to ensure your utmost comfort.
A pregnancy massage is greatly beneficial and will:
Alleviate stress on weight-bearing joints
Help to ease the typical aches, pains & swelling of an expectant Mum
Increase blood circulation & flow & relaxes the nervous system
Stabilises hormonal levels

C-section Scar Massage Therapy
A gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the skin and underlying tissues around your surgical scar. Scar tissue can feel restrictive, itchy, numb, or sensitive, which may contribute to discomfort, weakness, or limited movement in the surrounding areas.
This treatment can be offered once the scar is fully healed (from 8 weeks post-birth) and is also suitable for much older scars. Slow, mindful techniques are used to encourage the tissues to soften and glide more freely.
A session will include:
A consultation about your birth experience, healing, and any current symptoms
Gentle assessment of the scar and surrounding tissues
Soft, progressive scar, abdominal, and surrounding areas massage
Advice on self-massage techniques and aftercare
Sessions are always respectful, pain-free and guided by your comfort. You remain fully covered, and only the treatment area is gently exposed with your consent.

Baby Massage Classes
Take time with your baby to learn the wonderful skill of baby massage and touch in this 3 or 4 week course where you will be taught a full baby massage routine, building on the routine each week
The course teaches you to:
Bond with your baby, creating a strong parent-child attachment
Help alleviate trapped wind, soothe colic and constipation & ease teething pains
Support the development of your baby
Promote relaxation for both you and your baby
