About Me
Hi, I’m Sally — the face behind Massage By Sally. I’m a fully qualified and insured mobile massage therapist, bringing personalised, professional treatments to the comfort of your own home.
I gained my iTEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage with Distinction from the Cotswold Academy in 2024. Since qualifying, I’ve developed a passion for supporting women’s wellbeing at every stage of life.
I offer a range of tailored treatments including relaxing Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, and C-section scar or postnatal massage to support healing and recovery. I also provide baby massage sessions, helping you bond with your baby while building confidence.
My aim is to create a calm, welcoming experience where you can take time to relax, reset, and feel your best — without the need to travel.
I currently cover Leamington Spa, Warwick, Southam, Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Banbury, and surrounding areas.

What area do you cover?
I offer mobile massage therapy within a 10 mile radius of my home, just outside of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Areas covered includes Leamington Spa, Warwick, Gaydon, Southam, Kenilworth and Banbury. Please contact me if you would like to discuss your location; anything further this will incur an additional cost

Do you do evening appointments?
Yes! I want to fit into your life and give you that time for self care and to prioritise yourself. Please message me in order to arrange this & lets make it happen
What do I need to supply for the massage?
As a mobile massage therapist I bring all equipment with me - massage couch, towels, pillows, oils and music, so you can make the most of your relaxing treatment and your ‘me time’!
How much space do you need?
To give you the best massage possible and to manoeuvre around I will need approximately 290 cm x 150 cm of space
How should I prepare for a massage and what should I wear?
You should ensure that the room will be warm, that you are well, hydrated and clean before your massage; wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothes that you can easily take on and off is ideal. Your body will be kept covered the whole time with towels, apart from the area that is being worked on.

I am pregnant – can I still have a massage?
Congratulations! Once you have reached your 2nd trimester you can book in for a mobile pregnancy massage at any point. I will bring pillows to ensure your utmost comfort
How long do you need to set up?
As a mobile massage therapist I will arrive with everything I need. It should take around 10-15 minutes for me to set up, and the same after the treatment. Additionally you will need to fill out a consultation form and we will have a short chat about your treatment, areas of focus or to avoid; therefore an additional 30 minutes to the treatment time is ideal.
What is your cancellation policy?
I adhere to a strict 24 hour policy - any cancellations, postponements or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged in full. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to alter your appointment.
Do you treat men?
My focus is supporting women’s wellbeing, however I will take men by referral. Please ensure this is mentioned at the point of booking
